The next Spirit of Kinder Day will be held in the Peoples’ History Museum in central Manchester starting at 2pm on Saturday, April 25.
The themes this year are:
- a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Countryside & Rights of Way (CROW) Act; and
- to extend the celebration of the trespass to young people and ethnic minorities.
The speakers this year will reflect these themes.
The event is organised by a sub committee of the Kinder and High Peak Advisory Group, which is supported by the National Trust.
Hayfield Kinder Trespass Group will have a stall at the event, alongside many other organisations with an interest in the great outdoors.
Come along – always good speakers at these events.
Come early – the museum has a great cafe, and lots of interesting permanent exhibits to see.
